Campus Safari #3

This week I went to the Health Center. I wanted to know what are some precautions that you can take so you don't get sick. First, you have to drink lots of fluids. Drinks like orange juice are really good for you. Next, you need rest. You have to sleep in order to make your body feel healthy. You need at least 8 hours of sleep a night. Lastly, you have to be eating healthy. Eating junk food and unhealthy foods are not going to make you feel better. Sticking with fruits, vegetables, and healthy food are your best options. If you don't feel better after taking these steps, then you should go to the Health Center to get checked!
