I went to the writing center back in October and I didn't even know this counted as a Campus Safari. For my English paper I had to do a compare and contrast essay. I've never done one of those so I knew I needed a little extra help. I was nervous going to the writing center because I've never really gotten help on papers. By going to the writing center, it made me feel a lot better about writing the paper. I finally chose and topic and felt comfortable writing an essay on it. I also got help on writing my introduction and conclusion because I've always struggled with those. Overall, I had a great experience and I'm going back soon to work on my final essay. I would rate the writing center a 9!
